Order of glassware, nothing is protected, resulting in the loss of 2 glassware, nothing serious but each time, I have 1 to 3 losses. For the rest, everything is great. Edit: following my 3/5 comment for the transport of glassware, I was contacted by RA via phone, not being able to answer, customer service took the time to leave me a message of apology and complete explanations, the rating goes back to 5, because as I said, except for a few small mishaps, they are always on top.
