Fast delivery. Product very well protected. I ordered a bottle based on the description, I was not disappointed, it matches perfectly!

Third order perfect. Just the first one had nothing to do with the site... the package had a cut mark on the side as if someone at the post wanted to look inside. The other two Chronopost orders had no issues. Additional samples in the package. I don't give 5 stars because I didn't have any breakage or missing items, so I can't comment on customer service. But the packages are insured. I've seen cheaper sites BUT with the post or relay and 'the package travels at the buyer's risk.' If a product is damaged, contact the transport service' so with the post... no comment. Here at least it's insured, so it's better to pay 30-35 euros more.
Everything was correct with my order and the reception.
Top team, I needed the rum for Father's Day and they sent it via Chronopost at no extra cost, awesome!! I will order again and not in 3 years like last time. Arnaud

Shipping costs too high compared to the competition.
Happy with the product, the Bacardi favorites are always of good quality, however, I was really disappointed with the delivery, paying fees for a 24-hour home delivery and picking up the package 3 days later at a relay point, I find that average.
