A perfectly packaged parcel with two boxes of empty bottles.. An email sent upon receipt, an immediate response, and a phone call to resolve my issue with someone who took my bottles.

Super well packaged and good reception but very slow. You need to plan at least 2 weeks in advance (3 if I'm not mistaken). Order placed on December 8 and not the 12. Received on the 19. So we are at 12 calendar days. Not bad but I'm used to receiving my parcels faster.
