Super well packaged and good reception but very slow. You need to plan at least 2 weeks in advance (3 if I'm not mistaken). Order placed on December 8 and not the 12. Received on the 19. So we are at 12 calendar days. Not bad but I'm used to receiving my parcels faster.
Problem with one of the four small bottles, customer service was very responsive and pleasant, delivery was quick, it arrived a day earlier than expected.
