Hello, The package was eventually returned to us (without reason from the carrier) and, at your request, we have refunded you. Following this incident and a few others during the confinement period, we tested another carrier that turned out to be more reliable and that we now use for Belgium. Thank you for your comment. This concerns a shipment to SWITZERLAND. To summarize the process for an order to be delivered to Switzerland: 1) you do not pay French VAT for shipments to Switzerland so that you do not have the 'double penalty' (so you pay 20% less than the price displayed on the site, which is inclusive of tax) 2) We explain at the time of ordering that you will have to pay Swiss customs duties. Following your remark, we will add explanations on the site regarding the calculation of Swiss customs duties.
