Following my order, a product was no longer in stock, so I was called to inform me and to know if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to replace it. If there hadn't been this issue, I would have given 5 stars.

Mixed impression regarding the delivery. The delivery people tried several times and called me in Paris while the recipient was in Lyon. I tried to explain to them but the sketch lasted 3 days! And yet I had given all the details! Incomprehensible.

Despite forgetting the free samples on my 2 orders which were sent very quickly (2 or 3 days) in a secure package, I eventually received my two samples just as quickly and also in a nice package. I give 4 stars because nothing is perfect... Rhum Attitude is a pleasant site, a lot of choices with good advice. Delivery well assured and on time, reasonable shipping costs compared to other sites. I recommend this 'House' and I will order again (without moderation) on other occasions.
