Very clear site, well explained, easy to navigate

Everything went very well, from my arrival on the site and the wide choice offered to the reception. Despite the theft of my package before its arrival at the relay point, Rhum attitude reacted very quickly, kept me informed, and resent my order the same day! The only downside is the size of the samples... The photos on the site do not help to realize the exact quantity and size of the bottles...

It should be noted that regardless of the carrier you choose (between Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, GLS in our case, which are commonly used in e-commerce...) packages sometimes suffer shocks, especially due to the mechanization of certain stages of the journey. We make careful packaging to withstand these incidents: thanks to this we have observed very little breakage so far (which we compensate as soon as you make the usual reservations upon delivery, of course).
