I gave my husband a 30 euro gift voucher. He ordered a bottle that didn't leave right away, which wasn't delivered to the right pickup point. And we received an email that didn't match the date when the package was at the pickup point. (Email arrived 2 days too early, the package wasn't there!)

Across several packages, the protection is uneven and for this type of product, the packaging is important for home delivery. Let's see about reimbursement in case of breakage...
