Good evening, Thank you for this comment. I am happy that the contents of your package arrived safe and sound. It should be noted that regardless of the carrier you choose (between Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, GLS in our case, which are commonly used in e-commerce...) packages sometimes suffer shocks, especially due to the mechanization of certain stages of the journey. We make careful packaging to withstand these incidents: thanks to this we have observed very little breakage so far (which we compensate as soon as you make the usual reservations upon delivery, of course). It's really a great concept to be able to buy 5cl samples, but I would be willing to pay a little more to have glass sample bottles that look better!
