Impeccable prices and delivery times

Good advice, rum box: excellent idea!!

One bottle had slightly discolored liquid. Should probably not have been shipped out - it's a mixer so if taste is good it won't matter that much. But more importantly: While people were waiting at my chosen delivery adres, the delivery never happend here. They never even came near, they just dropped of the boxes in front of a shop 500m away. To top that off they never informed the people there, they just put the boxes in front of their shopping-windows (out of view) and drove off. I know...not directly your fault but the delivery company you work with is not exactly trustworthy in my region.

Simply magical! A discovery of rums from all horizons, the site is a real journey! Careful packaging, correct prices, and of course delicious rums! Gift order for my husband who is a true rum enthusiast, he was amazed, the tasting samples allowed me to introduce him to rums he didn't know! Plus, top-notch customer service! I made a mistake on my order, it was corrected within a few hours of my request and the refund was immediate, along with a call to inform me that my request had been processed. I recommend and reorder!

I had ordered a bottle for my boyfriend's birthday. But it was going to be delivered too late in Belgium, as we were going on vacation. So they offered to send it to our hotel in France 🙂 great service and very reachable by email.

I just received my 3rd order in two months and everything went perfectly each time. Super quick responses to my email requests, very good advice, and very fast delivery as well. Correct prices. This site is really to be recommended because it is rare when everything goes so well during an online purchase... especially after three orders.

Very clear site, well explained, easy to navigate

Everything went very well, from my arrival on the site and the wide choice offered to the reception. Despite the theft of my package before its arrival at the relay point, Rhum attitude reacted very quickly, kept me informed, and resent my order the same day! The only downside is the size of the samples... The photos on the site do not help to realize the exact quantity and size of the bottles...

Very good. Quite fast delivery (in any case correct). Neatly packaged and very well protected. Only complaint: too bad there was no real packaging for the bottle (bottle only).

Delivery 1 day before the scheduled date, proportional shipping costs would be a good idea.

The boxes are very pretty and the rum samples offered in glass vials are very varied and allow for a rich and varied discovery. The little notebooks with descriptions and explanations about each rum are very enriching and allow for a better appreciation of the tasting. Too bad that starting from the 4th box, the packaging is poor: rum in mini plastic bottles, we lose 1 cl per sample compared to the previous boxes and there is no longer a booklet to explain the delivered rums.

Good evening, Thank you for this comment. I am happy that the contents of your package arrived safe and sound. It should be noted that regardless of the carrier you choose (between Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, GLS in our case, which are commonly used in e-commerce...) packages sometimes suffer shocks, especially due to the mechanization of certain stages of the journey. We make careful packaging to withstand these incidents: thanks to this we have observed very little breakage so far (which we compensate as soon as you make the usual reservations upon delivery, of course).
