A rum was out of stock when I wanted to order it, I was notified within 48 hours of the restocking. I placed my order and they were delivered very very quickly. A delight. I didn't pay attention to the tasters' reviews... Maybe simpler descriptions for the novice would be helpful.

Very careful packaging, the bottles arrived quickly. I don't give 5 stars just because the 5cl miniatures are in standard plastic bottles made by Rhum Attitude and not in small glass bottles from the original brand. The rest was perfect.

A gift box ordered for a birthday, received 4 days before the desired delivery date (as the date choice was offered) and the birthday card proposed with the gift was forgotten in the package... too bad. However, the box was well packaged (with gift wrap as promised) and I received a quick response with apologies and a good acknowledgment of the improvements to be made, following the report of these small errors. I have no doubt that Rhum Attitude will do everything possible to address these small mistakes, so I will certainly order again as the products remain of quality and the exchanges very cordial.

After my first order, I would have given 5! Because the products offered are numerous, the site is very well done and the after-sales service is top-notch!! That's why I recommended on the site without thinking twice... And I bought a bottle for 167€ but realized it was offered 26€ cheaper elsewhere... After the delivery was super fast and careful, really nothing to complain about there. I will pay attention to the price next time and if it's really more interesting elsewhere, I will still try another site... After the small bottle system is great, I took quite a few to taste!
