Thank you for your comment. The estimate we display is a high range, knowing that in most cases, it is actually faster. It is true, however, that there are sometimes delays on the part of the carriers and that the indicated date is exceeded by several days. We carefully select our carriers (since the beginning we have parted ways with two of them due to too many difficulties). We are currently working with Chronopost, Colissimo, and Mondial Relay, which are the major players in the market. None are perfect, of course. Furthermore, you placed your order in early December 2018. As everyone knows, that month was difficult for road transport. If the package arrives too late (after a birthday date, for example), you can always refuse it (or not pick it up at the pickup point): it will then be automatically returned to us and we will fully refund you. For truly urgent packages, it is better to go through Chronopost (next day delivery). We wish you a happy new year 2019. The Rhum Attitude team.

The order was delivered on time. However, the cases in which the ordered bottles (4) were placed were somewhat damaged. Some of these bottles were intended as gifts, not great. After contacting the Rhum Attitude team, it turns out that I could have received new cases if I had reported the problem upon receiving my order. This testimony of concern for customer satisfaction from Rhum Attitude encourages me to reevaluate my initial rating upwards.

The cases are difficult to protect: depending on the type of case, we either lay it flat and slide it along the cardboard, or we leave it with the bottle inside while ensuring good protection around it. For Belgium, the package goes through 2 operators, Colissimo and BPost, who generally handle packages better than others. Despite all these precautions, this kind of incident can happen. That said, when the customer informs us upon receiving their package of any potential damage (for a damaged case, a broken glass, or another issue), we take the necessary steps. In this case, we could have sent you new cases express. Since it is too late for that, we have sent you a discount card valid indefinitely on our website. The Rhum Attitude team.

Fast delivery but shipping costs are very high since the delivery people are not required to stay when we open the package to check its condition. So sending us an email to tell us to check the condition of the package is useless for me. Thank you for your comment. You should at least check if the warranty seal has not been broken and if there is clearly no leak or sound of broken glass. It takes a few seconds and it's common sense. We plan to modify the email accordingly. There is more in the email that explains the steps to take in case of a problem: a photo of the opened package and to notify us quickly. In 100% of cases, we find a solution.
