One small downside, however: the email asking to open the package upon delivery under penalty of not being able to get a refund if there is a problem. Indeed, it is IMPOSSIBLE to open a package when picking it up at a relay point, and you should know that.

But it is true that many refuse, and this is a general problem for e-commerce that is unsolvable. We are working on the subject. Regarding the rare occasions when there is damage and this verification was impossible, we still take the necessary steps, especially if there are photos and if we can see that the customer is acting in good faith.
