I ordered a rather expensive bottle of rum as I regularly do with you to give to a friend. It was never delivered. We provided the requested documents and now I am being asked to file a complaint against La Poste, which I will not do. I don't see why I should go through this process. You guarantee delivery against signature and tracking. It is rather against you that I should file a complaint if I had to do anything. I prefer to never order again and I am very disappointed.

Thank you for your order and your opinion. As we indicated, the Chronopost procedure requires filing a complaint online to be reimbursed (due to numerous abuses in the past). It is quite quick and necessary otherwise we are not reimbursed. This condition for reimbursement is indicated in the terms and conditions on our site. Chronopost practices this with all websites, so you would have had the same difficulty elsewhere. Once we have the receipt of this complaint, we will immediately refund you or send you a new package. I give 3 stars for the care taken in packaging the order but cannot give 5 because there was a product error which forced me to go back twice to the relay point to return the non-compliant products and retrieve the correct products. Too bad, no commercial gesture.

The bottles arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. So why 4 and not 5? The gift wrapping and the card are totally unworthy. Already a bottle at 30 euros in its cardboard box with gift paper, impeccable, but then why do the two bottles at more than 200 euros each arrive in a vulgar red bag tied with a piece of shapeless raffia, not even in their boxes, as for the gift card, I would have done better with my printer. Taking these two 'gifts' as a commercial argument removes credibility. If we do it, we do it well.
