Thank you for your feedback and for the 5* 🙂 Regarding shipping costs, we are aware that they are not proportional to weight. This is a conscious choice on our part: 1) it is not always understandable by customers 2) there is free shipping from €140 of order 3) finally, for many carriers, the rates are not so progressive (a few tens of cents when moving from the 0-500g range to the 500g - 1kg range, for example). Your services are excellent. The value for money is very good. The description of each of your rums is very well done. It's a shame that for regular customers you don't have any loyalty programs. Or maybe I'm just not aware of them. I highly recommend your site without hesitation.

Thank you for your comment. We prefer to have competitive prices and services (free gift wrapping, responsive customer service, etc.) for everyone rather than distributing promo codes (for new customers, loyal customers, etc.), this is a choice we made from the beginning. It also avoids the frustration of 'oh, there's a promo code field and I don't have one, I'm missing out on something...'. Well, there simply isn't a field because there is no promo code 🙂 That said, your point of view is completely valid and we take it into account for our future considerations.
