Your services are excellent. The value for money is very good. The description of each of your rums is very well done. It's a shame that for regular customers you don't have any loyalty programs. Or maybe I'm just not aware of them. I highly recommend your site without hesitation.

We prefer to have competitive prices and services (free gift wrapping, responsive customer service, etc.) for everyone rather than distributing promo codes (for new customers, loyal customers, etc.), this is a choice we made from the beginning. It also avoids the frustration of 'oh, there's a promo code field and I don't have one, I'm missing out on something...'. Well, there simply isn't a field because there is no promo code 🙂 That said, your point of view is completely valid and we take it into account for our future considerations.
