Hello, thank you for your order and for your feedback. It is very clearly specified on the site. 'Packaging: none' and the photo does not show a case. Since we take the photos ourselves, we systematically include the case or box in the photo when there is one. Moreover, creating boxes ourselves would be complicated given the different shapes of bottles, and would significantly increase the price of the bottles which is probably not what you would want.

It's a shame that the 10 samples from the arranged factory are offered in plastic bottles with more or less well-cut/glued labels. The packaging does not match the price asked. A whole week to obtain a simple bottle of rum deliverable according to the site in '48/72h', order placed on Friday evening, parcel prepared and transport slip issued on Monday (according to the carrier!), but the parcel was only handed over to the carrier ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON! As a result, delivery at the last minute on Friday afternoon. This bottle was ordered for a birthday, and it was very close to not arriving on time. During this time, no explanation about a possible delay. The information on the Mondial Relay site is often updated with delays. Furthermore, on our site for Mondial Relay, we do not indicate '48/72h' but rather 'Delivered in 4 working days* for an order placed before 1:00 PM between Monday and Friday, 5 days otherwise (*Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not working days)'. Since you placed the order on Friday after 1:00 PM, if we count 5 working days, it is indeed the following Friday, the date on which you received your parcel. If you want it to go faster, it is better to choose colissimo (3 days) or even chronopost (J+1). Mondial Relay is cheap but quite slow, whether for a bottle of rum or anything else. Ordered as a Christmas gift, we didn't even dare to give it... Extremely low-cost packaging (unattractive cardboard box, plastic bottles, leaking caps) in short, nothing to make you want to taste. Saving on packaging to improve the quality of the rums offered is an acceptable commercial technique... EXCEPT that none of the rums are really worth it! It's a matter of taste, you might say... but for rums whose bottles are sold for up to €120, I expected much better... In short, absolutely to avoid! Update 01/06: Very responsive and understanding customer service. They offered us a commercial gesture regarding the leaking caps and everything was resolved quickly.

But one can be in a hurry or not see it, which is understandable. What makes our site strong is that we offer almost all rums in the form of samples. They are indeed in P.E.T. (no breakage, preserves the rum very well, just like glass) and do not have the same label as the original bottles.
