I didn't know Rhum Attitude at all (site found via search engine for a Christmas gift). Very satisfied (extremely well-packaged order, with great care taken to protect the bottles), interesting prices, I highly recommend!

Ordered an expensive limited release bottle from them and was offered a free sample bottle which I accepted. When the package finally arrived it had been packaged poorly causing the sample to smash and leak all over the main bottle, ruining the box and label, significantly reducing the collectors value. There was only 1 and a half inflated packaging strips with one completely deflated meaning the bottle was free moving in the carton. I contacted them hoping for an appropriate solution and was first only offered €10 followed by an increase to €15. Relative to the lost value on the order this is pretty insignificant and I'd be hesitant to order from them again as a result

1: An order placed for the holidays. Super fast delivery and carefully packaged (48h). A beautiful bottle of rum ordered (following a previous order and the free sample) and 2 sets of 10 miniature samples. Very nice because it allows tasting different rums for enthusiasts. The gift had its effect.

4: I ordered a spiced rum. Very fast delivery. Just a small downside on the gift wrapping done a bit hastily... I had chosen this option instead of a sample but the bottle was visible on top because it was poorly closed, no logo label to show the origin, next time I will do the wrapping myself and take a sample. But the most important thing is the fast and very well-packaged delivery.
