Regarding the leaking bottles, it is very rare and there is no way to detect it beforehand or to prevent this kind of incident. It is a defect related to the bottle's closure system. I am disappointed with the size of the bottles. I thought they would be a bit bigger. I had bought a subscription as a Christmas gift but it still looks very small....so I didn't dare to give it. I have only tasted one rum so far, which is quite good. But I hope there will be more French rum in the next boxes.

6: I ordered 2 boxes. One arrived quickly in the countryside at a relay point, the other did not arrive on time for Christmas in Paris and the tracking did not work and no one could give me precise information. It's a shame. The box is very simple for a Christmas gift but at least the packaging is optimized. I would have probably preferred glass bottles... The rum selection is original, which is still the heart of the box, so that's positive. I hope the next deliveries will go better.

The spirits are perfectly preserved, it avoids breakage and glass would force us to sell the box at a higher price. Regarding the labels, they are glued by hand. Everything is artisanal but that certainly does not justify poorly done work => we are therefore open to a photo for feedback that we will pass on to the logistics team, it's very useful for us to improve. Finally, the rums are the right ones, it's guaranteed 100% it concerns our credibility... The P.E.T. does not alter the rum at all; on the contrary, it prevents breakage and allows us to sell the box at a lower price than if it were glass. As for the 5th rum offered, it is random. The principle of the box is to discover different types of rum and see what we like and what we like less. So it's normal, and you won't always like all the rums in the boxes. The Chamarel Exotic Spices Rum is in accordance with my order. However, the carrier 'GLS' does not keep its commitments and does not respect customers: Day 1: delivery announced on the website... which does not happen! Day 2: no more delivery forecast on the website! Day 3: Delivery without announcement, but we are absent! That's why we sometimes increase prices on certain references. Our competitors are also raising their prices. Disastrous GLS delivery service. You should change partners because they do not do their job well and it harms your image. I thank Rhum Attitude for their response and I specify that my disagreement only concerns the delivery service which was deficient. I had to have 3 delivery appointments (taking two days off) to get delivered and I changed GLS agency because the one in Trappes was not serious. (no call for delivery and claimed to have tried to deliver...) The rum box is great, I recommend it.
