Good evening, good experience with this site regarding order, packaging, timing and shipping... nothing to say here. But as often with professionals, way too expensive. Even if I can understand that it is necessary to 'import' the rum, and that employees need to be paid, it is hard to conceive that it is so expensive. Indeed, even with shipping as a private individual and opting for a guarantee that covers the price of the package, we are still below the prices charged by professionals. This is not fair... nor normal... You wanted my opinion, here it is and sorry if it displeases a bit.
Disastrous GLS delivery service. You should change partners because they do not do their job well and it harms your image. I thank Rhum Attitude for their response and I specify that my disagreement only concerns the delivery service which was deficient. I had to have 3 delivery appointments (taking two days off) to get delivered and I changed GLS agency because the one in Trappes was not serious. (no call for delivery and claimed to have tried to deliver...) The rum box is great, I recommend it.
Choice, responsiveness, well-designed site, but the cardboard box for the small bottles is poorly secured... in 2 shipments, both boxes were half open upon arrival in my mailbox. Fortunately, the shipments were complete, but come on, change the format, the cardboard, but tie it better!

Hello, I think a lot of good things about the site and I have already ordered while being very satisfied. But here, for a bottle over 100 euros I found it a shame to have the case a bit crumpled on several sides while the package was perfect.??? Nothing serious, but a shame... Otherwise, product conforms to expectations at always correct prices!. Thank you.

Received my 3cl bottles quickly, but packed haphazardly, resulting in one broken bottle and glass debris everywhere, had to clean everything well to avoid getting hurt while drinking crushed glass...
Delighted by the speed, however I would have liked the miniatures to have the same design as the bottle displayed on the site. Disappointed with the visual received and it was to be a gift for my husband but as decoration for a cake. Thank you for your feedback, I missed the information.

Gift wrapping damaged and box torn upon arrival. Products intact but very average when it comes to a gift.
My friend enjoyed 2 rums out of the 4. Otherwise, very good after-sales service because I had a problem with the delivery of the package and they quickly sent me another one.

Very VERY fast service, even expedited: big creases on the box, which is not particularly welcome for a gift. Clear improvements in handling are to be expected!!!!!!

The sample was not the one I had chosen when ordering, but otherwise the order went smoothly.
The May box was powerful and complex. The June box, although the rums are of quality, is flatter (mainly 40°), more common and sweeter.
Happy with the product, the Bacardi favorites are always of good quality, however, I was really disappointed with the delivery, paying fees for a 24-hour home delivery and picking up the package 3 days later at a relay point, I find that average.

I am really disappointed with the packaging... The labels are poorly stuck on the bottles, I received a whole email to proceed with a verification of the bottles upon delivery (no breakages, etc...) so I expected glass bottles but they are plastic... And the quantity, although announced, is really less... I find 200 euros is too expensive!!! Even for 6 months.
Shipping costs are prohibitive.... Indeed, bottles are heavy, and free shipping from 149€..... 149€?! Good evening, I am satisfied that a manager from this company called me to finally explain to me why the small sample-type bottles were sent in plastic. After reflection, I am finally convinced.
When buying a collector's bottle, you expect the label on the bottle to be intact. So was the bottle damaged by the carrier or the seller??? All I know is that I have to buy the bottle again on Amazon.

I had already given this box as a gift 2-3 years ago and it was much better! In terms of packaging, it was already in a glass vial and larger with a nice black box. Now with a small glass bottle, it looks cheap... disappointed

DELIVERY SLOWER THAN ANNOUNCED
Fast delivery but shipping costs are very high since the delivery people are not required to stay when we open the package to check its condition. So sending us an email to tell us to check the condition of the package is useless for me. I inquired with my local agency and my sister who is a mail carrier, and no, the delivery people are not required to stay while we open the package, they are not sworn in.
A bit disappointed between the price and the size of the 'bottles'. The box sold as a 'plus' in the ad is just cardboard... Nice to discover some rums but nothing more...
18: Very small bottles, for a gift it feels a bit like free goodies and a bit stingy. So, I ultimately didn't give it out of embarrassment.
