A very large selection of samples (5cl), which allows me to test a lot of rums before buying bottles. The navigation through the site is excellent, the information on the products detailed, and the bottle/sample selection straightforward. Fast delivery and tracking. I haven't had to deal with customer service. But everything suggests that it must be up to par with the rest. I recommend.

However (and this is not Rhum Attitude's fault), the Chronopost delivery was so catastrophic as usual that it created panic and extremely annoying issues, always the same delivery people who declare 'delivered against signature' 8 hours before the actual receipt so they don't lose their bonus while usurping your identity, it's scandalous. Fortunately, Rhum Attitude's customer service is always there to assist you until the problem is resolved! Thank you to them!
