Very long shipping delays, supposedly due to a move. I suppose this was planned so the announced delays should have taken that into account. Then no follow-up received from UPS. My package almost left before I was informed of its presence at the relay. a first failed experience.

The delivery took an enormous amount of time to arrive, so 2 weeks after shipping. Gift for Father's Day arrived with a week delay! Moreover, packaging with a message was planned and nothing at all!

On the other hand, the information about gift packages and messages in our logistics tool was not properly communicated. This is part of the "failures" related to this difficult change and we are truly sorry it does not meet the usual service level.
