A very unpleasant customer service that hides behind the terms and conditions and responds in a borderline aggressive tone. Personally, first and last experience. Package not received and I'm blamed for not sending a certificate quickly enough. Very unpleasant staff. Too bad we can't give 0 stars because I wouldn't give any stars.
