A gift box ordered for a birthday, received 4 days before the desired delivery date (as the date choice was offered) and the birthday card proposed with the gift was forgotten in the package... too bad. However, the box was well packaged (with gift wrap as promised) and I received a quick response with apologies and a good acknowledgment of the improvements to be made, following the report of these small errors. I have no doubt that Rhum Attitude will do everything possible to address these small mistakes, so I will certainly order again as the products remain of quality and the exchanges very cordial.

Hello, Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry for this disappointment. Regarding the crushed package, unfortunately, these things happen with any carrier. We rely on logistics professionals who do their best to protect the inside of our packages to prevent bottles or samples from being damaged. In case of breakage or damage (which does not seem to be the case here, and in that case, you should obviously report it to us), we replace the damaged products. Regarding the gift package, we sent you an email (from the address [email protected]) with a few additional questions that would help us better understand what went wrong: process or information. If you did receive an ivory-colored pouch containing the samples but were expecting gift wrapping, we need to improve our communication: indeed, when it comes to samples, the 'gift wrapping' takes the form of an ivory-colored fabric pouch. This is explained with photos in several places during the purchasing process, but perhaps not sufficiently. If, on the other hand, you did not receive the pouch, it is a logistics error, and in that case, other actions need to be taken. However, in the case of your order, they made a mistake and we sincerely apologize for that. No carrier is 100% reliable and we closely monitor the reliability percentage for each one we use. The delivery time was a bit long, 5 days for me. I tested the monthly box to give as a gift but was very disappointed, especially with the packaging. It does not look like the photo, very difficult to give to someone. Otherwise, the rums are fine.

I looked at your order: the box you received has the advantage of being 100% recyclable but the disadvantage of being less presentable than the current boxes. We chose to stop making this type of box precisely to avoid these understandable disappointments. The 3 current boxes of the subscription perfectly match the photo: magnetic closure, padding designed for optimal support without too much material (ecology requires...), and, just like the one you received, screen-printed glass bottles, tasting booklet with explanations on each of the rums, and sleeve. You should try Spanish-style rums, which are smoother and have nothing to do with whisky (not that dry side): for example, Diplomatico, to name the most well-known, or Abuelo 12 years (one of our favorites) and Plantation Rum Guatemala Gran Añejo with unbeatable value for money.
