Thank you for your comment. The estimate we display is a high range, knowing that in most cases, it is actually faster. It is true, however, that there are sometimes delays on the part of the carriers and that the indicated date is exceeded by several days. We carefully select our carriers (since the beginning we have parted ways with two of them due to too many difficulties). We are currently working with Chronopost, Colissimo, and Mondial Relay, which are the major players in the market. None are perfect, of course. Furthermore, you placed your order in early December 2018. As everyone knows, that month was difficult for road transport. If the package arrives too late (after a birthday date, for example), you can always refuse it (or not pick it up at the pickup point): it will then be automatically returned to us and we will fully refund you. For truly urgent packages, it is better to go through Chronopost (next day delivery). We wish you a happy new year 2019. The Rhum Attitude team.

Fast delivery but shipping costs are very high since the delivery people are not required to stay when we open the package to check its condition. So sending us an email to tell us to check the condition of the package is useless for me. Thank you for your comment. You should at least check if the warranty seal has not been broken and if there is clearly no leak or sound of broken glass. It takes a few seconds and it's common sense. We plan to modify the email accordingly. There is more in the email that explains the steps to take in case of a problem: a photo of the opened package and to notify us quickly. In 100% of cases, we find a solution.

However, it is clearly stated on the presentation page of the box of the month (it's even in the first sentence) that these are 5 centiliter bottles, which is actually sufficient to taste several. So you received, with the bonus rum of December, a box of 5 bottles x 5 centiliters = 25 cl, along with the tasting booklet. The goal is to discover different styles of rum. If you want quantity, you need to look for bottles (and we have plenty on our site) but that's not the same spirit. For the rest, we entrust the packages to well-known carriers that all e-commerce sites use (colissimo, chronopost, mondial relay...) and we cannot do otherwise. Furthermore, delivery to Belgium (the destination country of your order) costs us more than for France. However, overall we are very competitive compared to the prices charged by the competition, which we check regularly. A few additional clarifications: a) we do not make a profit on shipping costs, quite the opposite. With Colissimo for example (the carrier you chose), we pay a bit more than what we charge the customer. b) for Belgium, we offer free shipping just like for France starting from 140 euros. c) we offer a Mondial Relay delivery, including for Belgium, which is cheaper than home delivery. The capacity of each bottle is indeed clearly indicated on the offer presentation page, and we have also included a photo of the samples in front of a glass so that one can realize the size. Thank you for your comment. Of course: these are not miniatures but rather samples intended primarily to expand knowledge about rum. Everything is explained on our website (the fact that it is P.E.T. and not glass, the close-up photos of the labels which are meant to provide information about the rum and not to reproduce the original label...). These explanations are indicated in many places. Very few rum brands produce 'miniatures' and when they do, it is rarely for the most interesting rums, so if we were to settle for that, we wouldn't be able to offer more than 700 references in samples.

Too bad!! The content is excellent but the packaging is of very disappointing quality. The package or rather the envelope arrived and we already knew what it contained. Indeed, it smelled of rum all over!.... I opened the envelope and there was the disappointment. Small plastic bottles with labels stuck crookedly. Upon opening, even more disappointed because I struggled to open one of the bottles. The screw cap turned endlessly. I didn't want to drink it all at once and the new surprise, impossible to screw back 2 out of 3 bottles... Luckily the rum itself lived up to its promises. It's a good idea but the packaging is very disappointing for the price asked. It feels cheap for exceptional rums especially at 15€ for 5cl....
