Fast shipping, well-packaged parcel... and with the order, there is a free sample... perfect!

Nothing to report, compliant and on time.

Parcel received late after 15 days but it's the Post's fault for misplacing the parcel, and the customer service did everything to follow up on this issue. Kudos to them for that. However, the bottle was poorly protected in an oversized packaging. Gift wrapping upon arrival was torn in the box. But I think my customer experience is below normal and I was just unlucky this time. If I had to do it again, I would return to Rhum Attitude and I recommend it.

First order on Rhum Attitude. Descriptions of the rums are very well detailed on the site. Simple order management, nothing to report. Parcel received after a week (shipping to Belgium), all bottles were perfectly packaged/safeguarded. I have one thing left to do: taste :)! Thank you for your professionalism.

Overall, I am satisfied. The order corresponds to the purchase. We had delivery issues with Mondial Relay, Rhum Attitude is not to blame, 1 month for delivery. In the contacts we had with them regarding this delay, they always responded and helped to find out where the order was stuck. Overall, aside from the delivery, our experience was good.
