Thank you for your comment. The goal of this offer is to taste the rums. We believe that 5 cl is sufficient for this. It is also thanks to this small quantity that we can display equally low prices. Regarding the plastic bottles (actually food-grade PET that perfectly preserves alcohol, 100% recyclable, lightweight, and durable), it is a choice we made to be able to offer this service at the best price: there is indeed never any breakage, which is heavy to manage for us and frustrating for customers who have to wait for a new delivery. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I do not understand from your comment whether it was a surprise or if you had clearly seen on the site that it was plastic (P.E.T.). Knowing that for the Rhum Box, however, it is indeed glass but you cannot choose the samples yourself from the hundreds of references in our online store. We indicate everywhere on the site that it is plastic (the same as for water bottles, but thicker). This is especially noted at the end of the purchasing process, before payment. This is a well-considered choice on our part: breakage is impossible (we have never had problems until now), lighter, therefore cheaper to transport. One bottle had slightly discolored liquid. Should probably not have been shipped out - it's a mixer so if taste is good it won't matter that much. But more importantly: While people were waiting at my chosen delivery adres, the delivery never happend here. They never even came near, they just dropped of the boxes in front of a shop 500m away. To top that off they never informed the people there, they just put the boxes in front of their shopping-windows (out of view) and drove off. I know...not directly your fault but the delivery company you work with is not exactly trustworthy in my region.

If you write us to [email protected] and give us your order number and the details we will fixe that mistake. 2) Regarding the shipment in Belgium it is the second time we have this kind of feed back => changes must be made ! The boxes are very pretty and the rum samples offered in glass vials are very varied and allow for a rich and varied discovery. The little notebooks with descriptions and explanations about each rum are very enriching and allow for a better appreciation of the tasting. Too bad that starting from the 4th box, the packaging is poor: rum in mini plastic bottles, we lose 1 cl per sample compared to the previous boxes and there is no longer a booklet to explain the delivered rums.

Thank you for your comment. We are delighted that you enjoyed the first 3 boxes. Indeed, as explained on the website, starting from the 4th box, the formula is different because we believe that with the first 3 boxes you have been able to get an overview of different types of rum and thus you have been able to form an opinion on what you prefer. That is why the formula changes. There are advantages and disadvantages: - Advantages: we take your tastes into account (we send you an email at least a week in advance which you need to respond to indicate what you preferred in the first 3 boxes, so that we can create a 'custom-made' composition, which is the whole point of the formula) + the 'quality/price' ratio of the rums is at a much higher level than the first 3 boxes because we factor in the savings made on the very sophisticated packaging of the first 3 boxes into the price of the rums. - Disadvantages: it is less presentable and there is no booklet (as each box is now different). However, you can use the QR code to go directly to the explanatory sheet of the rum on the website. That said, we are currently considering an evolution of the formula and this comment will be very useful to us. Some customers have loved this 'personalized' aspect starting from the 4th box, while others, like you, regret the absence of packaging and booklet. We remain at your disposal. It should be noted that regardless of the carrier you choose (between Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, GLS in our case, which are commonly used in e-commerce...) packages sometimes suffer shocks, particularly due to the mechanization of certain stages of the journey. We take care to use sturdy packaging to withstand these incidents: thanks to this, we have observed very little breakage so far (which we compensate for as soon as you make the usual reservations upon delivery, of course). A gift box ordered for a birthday, received 4 days before the desired delivery date (as the date choice was offered) and the birthday card proposed with the gift was forgotten in the package... too bad. However, the box was well packaged (with gift wrap as promised) and I received a quick response with apologies and a good acknowledgment of the improvements to be made, following the report of these small errors. I have no doubt that Rhum Attitude will do everything possible to address these small mistakes, so I will certainly order again as the products remain of quality and the exchanges very cordial.

We rely on logistics professionals who do their best to protect the inside of our packages to prevent bottles or samples from being damaged. In case of breakage or damage (which does not seem to be the case here, and in that case, you should obviously report it to us), we replace the damaged products. Regarding the gift package, we sent you an email (from the address [email protected]) with a few additional questions that would help us better understand what went wrong: process or information. If you did receive an ivory-colored pouch containing the samples but were expecting gift wrapping, we need to improve our communication: indeed, when it comes to samples, the 'gift wrapping' takes the form of an ivory-colored fabric pouch. This is explained with photos in several places during the purchasing process, but perhaps not sufficiently. You should try Spanish-style rums, which are smoother and have nothing to do with whisky (not that dry side): for example, Diplomatico, to name the most well-known, or Abuelo 12 years (one of our favorites) and Plantation Rum Guatemala Gran Añejo with unbeatable value for money.
