Product itself was great. However, when I contacted them to enquire about the product and shipping, all was great and swift. But when my parcel arrived in Croatia, I was unable to get further info from the tracking link and the courier customer care was in French. I emailed them to help me locate it but to this day had no response. I spent a day trying to locate which local courier had it and then finally had to make a trip to the post office to collect. So was put off by their after care service. The product itself was well packaged. Perhaps, they should consider that international buyers are unable to reach their french courier postal should things go wrong,

After receiving my order, I discover that the miniatures are all plastic... really a shame especially for 50€ of purchase.

It is difficult to overlook the explanations regarding the fact that the samples are in PET, however, one can be in a hurry or not see it, which is understandable. Each time you add a sample to your cart, it is written 'You have added one or more sample(s) to your cart: feel free to learn more about this offer.' with an invitation to click on 'Learn more.' And once in the cart, it is written 'You have at least one sample in your cart, feel free to learn more about this offer.' with the same 'Learn more.' button. Everything is explained. The PET (no breakage) preserves rum very well, just like glass, and has the advantage of avoiding breakage. Not all samples are in PET, however, the vintages or 'cask strength' are in glass but are 3 cl instead of 5: https://www.rhumattitude.com/format/sample-verre-3-cl/. You can absolutely retract and return the package. We have written you an email in this regard. The Rhum Attitude team.

Those of 3 centiliters (for the more expensive rums) are in glass.
