The site looks very good and the prices are competitive, but unfortunately the Chronopost delivery service is not reliable. I ordered additionally and selected home delivery for the next day, having taken the day off to intercept the package, the delivery person never came and supposedly left the package at a relay point with my agreement, so one more day to find out at which relay point it was deposited and be able to go retrieve it. I know they are not entirely responsible, but when you associate your services with unreliable people, you are a bit too. Birthday without a gift for the day. Order placed on Sunday morning, was supposed to receive it on Monday between 9:50 am and 12:50 pm, could only pick it up with Chronopost's email on Wednesday at the end of the day. Too bad. After a phone contact with the Rhum Attitude team regarding my bad rating, I appreciate the approach and seriousness of this company which is as much a victim as I am of a third party. I therefore recommend this site for its merchandise and its follow-up.
The cap of the Kraken rum sample was not airtight and the rum spilled in the packaging. The deadlines are respected, the product is of good quality.

I placed an order for Christmas on 12/13 and thought I would receive it at Mondial Relay 5 days (7 with the weekend) later as announced... Result, parcel arrived on the 23rd in the afternoon (delay with the carrier supposedly). Unable to wait until that date, I only picked up the gift after Christmas... Explain to me how other companies (not just large ones, but small ones too) manage to meet the announced deadlines and not you! I am disappointed with the service and do not recommend the delivery??
Rhum Attitude managed to deliver my parcel on time while the first Mondial Relay provider was overwhelmed by Christmas orders. The rum recommended based on the recipient's taste was perfect, I recommend it with my eyes closed.
They responded very quickly to my requests for advice on sweet and caramelized rums; I was able to complete my order ensuring that I had selected what my husband liked. BUT I did not pay attention to the packaging and therefore instead of receiving a box with my samples nicely arranged, I received everything in bulk (10 samples of old rum). For gifting, it was a bit neglected so I had to find a box and do a DIY project :-(. If this packaging is free, it's a shame that it is not provided directly because I was very disappointed to give such a beautiful gift in a more than mediocre package. Fortunately, it's the content that matters.

I am a bit disappointed because the bottles are plastic. I didn't find that very nice especially for gifting. Otherwise, in terms of tasting, very good.
