Hello, As always, your excellent products, as well as your responsiveness, but the only small issue is that the delivery person did not want to go up the 4 floors to hand our gift directly to our client. Fortunately, our client did not have a physical problem that day, or a young child to 'keep an eye on', or that our client was an elderly person or even disabled... Have a good day.
