The book was simply wrapped in a cardboard box, without plastic film. During delivery, it was raining a lot and the pages of the book were slightly warped due to humidity. Fortunately, there was no significant damage, but for a book that costs about 150 euros, I expect better protection during shipping.
We are sorry for this bad experience.

Moreover, we take note to put plastic film for the next times, packages are not supposed to get wet but your experience shows that it can happen.

The carrier delivered at Christmas in a pickup! nothing to do with the requested address a ready-to-wear store... but the site manager completely handled the redelivery very quickly! the package was very well protected for delivery.
Good information regarding the order follow-up. Packaging with protection. But...... The cap of one of the ordered bottles was poorly tightened and part of the bottle (about 20cl) dripped into the box. Hence a score of only 3.
