Hello gentlemen, purchase: Lime rum. Fast delivery, impeccable service. The product: I was looking for an equivalent to the Lime Punch from Hédiard (a defunct company). Yours is quite good, but different from Hédiard. This is not a criticism of the product, but an attempt to find a perfect substitute, an impossible quest! Best regards JEH

The delivery is fast and well preserved in the packaging. It is still a shame that there is a lot of plastic to protect them. There are more suitable systems using less cardboard and plastic but, probably more expensive.

My parcel was seized by Irish customs. Can't really fault Rhum for that though. It's not their fault Irish customs is so ridiculously strict. The EU single market is clearly only there to benefit multinational corporations and certain interest groups. Not much of a single market when I can't order one bottle of nice rum from a French company and have it delivered to Ireland. Now I'm down 70 euro. Thank EU. Edit: Thanks for the reply. I didn't contact you as I didn't think there was much you could do. Ireland's ridiculous tax laws are well known. Multinationals can use Ireland as a tax haven where they can pay less than 1% tax, but Irish citizens have to pay tax over 40%, as well as VAT of 23%, as well as having the most expensive alcohol and tobacco tax in Europe. It is a horrible country. I can't even import one bottle of rum without it being seized by customs. I have changed the review score to 5 stars. There was no fault from Rhum so you guys shouldn't be given a bad revie score. Thanks for the service

Rhum agricole is almost impossible to find in retail outlets in the UK, and is way too expensive to buy from UK based liquor websites as well. I've bought my Rhum from Rhum Attitude twice now, and the service has been swift and simple every time. I received my rhum cubi box 4 days after ordering, and their free gift options gives me a chance of sampling other distilleries' products free of charge. Very happy customer indeed.
