I bought a Diablo, and it has technical problems. It's been sent in for repair three times. After the third repair, Evolve claims it was a safety shutdown, a fact they only confirmed after five months of waiting for a refund. They won't issue a refund, so I'm forced to consult a lawyer. The service is terrible, the support is terrible, and they themselves don't seem to know anything about their products. Thanks for nothing.
Your board was taken in for a full repair during the first month of use, after about 500 km.
It was then returned twice more for an issue that we were initially unable to reproduce.
After some time, we understood that you were actually referring to a built-in safety feature of the system.
In our workshop, the board naturally worked perfectly, since this safety protects the motors from overloading and prevents premature damage — it is therefore not a fault, but a normal protective function.
The full refund you are requesting is not possible, as the board is fully functional.
However, we have offered a partial refund, calculated based on the number of kilometers already ridden.

I ordered a remote control. The website stated that a protective cover was included. Since it was not delivered, I wrote an email. I was then told that the website is not up to date and I will not receive a protective cover. For such an extremely expensive remote control, this is of course unacceptable as a long-time customer.

My phone number was not passed along, and they kept my order in the shipping center at my location with no information about the missing phone number. a few days later i went to check and they redirected it to me with no issue but it was unsettling being on the edge wondering if im going to ever receive my order.
