High shipping costs. Not everything is available (something is always out of stock) and the spare parts are disproportionately expensive.
Too bad I ordered pivot cups but it wasn't in the package. Supposedly a stock error. Otherwise, everything else is fine, as I ordered.
My Diablo Bamboo only worked perfectly in the first few hours. After that, the front LED went out. When switching to the AT tires, one went flat in less than 30 minutes of riding – without any external damage. Two defects after only three hours of use. For a product that costs €2,700, this is unacceptable. It rides well – but quality assurance is obviously lacking.
We can fully understand your disappointment regarding the two incidents after only a few hours of use – this certainly does not meet the quality standards we set for our products, especially not in this price range.
As already discussed, we are currently still waiting for the arrival of your board to carry out the warranty inspection. As soon as it arrives, our technical team will conduct a complete diagnosis to identify the cause and implement a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

First sent the wrong parts, then told them about issues, made me buy something extra that didn’t stop the issue, then they sent the right parts, but in broken packages.
The "Europe" team is to be avoided. Completely incompetent... Fortunately, Team France is there to make up for it. Many thanks to you all.

The order went well despite a slightly long delivery and the products are of the same high quality as always. I'm sorry I had to place an order when a year ago I could find these pieces free of shipping costs and with a check up of the board in the boutique in Bailly-Romainvilliers.
I thought I ordered a gtx bamboo charger and the order switched to a headen charger without me having a choice. There's no more gtx gear on line.
