Delivery a little late but no major consequences for me

My order was delivered very quickly, it was very well packaged. I remove a star because to pack this package, a lot (too much!) bubble plastic. We talk a lot about pollution linked to plastics, can't you consider a more ecological material? Your approach to quality French production deserves that you look into this issue.

I was disappointed (I understand that there are many orders) we try to order French as soon as we can and our order took as long or longer than a foreign country.

All the parts ordered (including one custom part) were delivered on time despite the health crisis. An error in the color of one of the sets of legs during delivery was solved very quickly and without any worries thanks to an after sales service. The parts ordered are robust and their respective design very successful.

Well done and practical site to choose the products, it gives desire. I think that it should propose useful accessories, like the skates adapted to the shape of the feet for example.

I placed an order on 3/10/20 on this site because the delivery was planned in 24-48h ... after several calls from me because no news from Ripaton I learned that there was a break on a screw, that I would be kept informed for the delivery date but that I would receive my order at a later date on 20/10! To my great surprise because still without any information from them I received my order on 23/10 (unfortunately far from 24-48h that had made us choose this site!)! However the feet are as we had imagined despite a disappointment when opening the package because on one of the feet it lacks the protective pads (hoping that the sending of those will be faster!)! We are therefore satisfied with the product but very disappointed with the management of our order.

Indeed the metal can be very industrial in some places, but it's not just one small defect on 40 cm... Delivery in time and dimensions of the custom made well respected.

Hello, I was rather disappointed. Order tracking and delivery, nothing to complain about. The merchandise, on the other hand, was very disappointing: for the price, we expect almost perfection. One of the feet received seemed to have been scraped before the black paint was applied.
Moreover, when fixing, the shape of the screws leaves a rather disappointing finish because they cannot be pushed in far enough so the head is very visible. Visible screws and difficult to fix. Given the long wait and that it is custom made I did not see the point of bringing up the information but in the end quite disappointed even if the final rendering when you do not look at the scratches and screws underneath, it's nice because the shape of the feet and beautiful.

Very good package arrived very quickly and in perfect condition, just a detail I think the screws should be provided with the table legs. I recommend this site without problem.

The sequence of an order is not very intuitive, between the choice of addresses, the shipping method and the payment which are done in a curious order

Ripaton responds quickly to emails and delivery times are ok. We may have to check with the carrier to see if they can't deliver a little faster. It took a week although it arrived quickly at the final warehouse.

The feet are very nice, but all the feet ordered are not exactly the same size (a few millimeters) which make the difference in the end. Overall satisfied despite this defect.

Nice realization, solid and harmonious. Small remark : 2 small chips on the paint of the foot. You can't see them because they are next to the fixing holes of the tray but it's a pity

Delivery service too slow. Also, the package was completely torn, so not protected enough.

Some concerns with the delivery: delivery time longer than expected and impossibility to contact the delivery man when he announced his arrival (reception of the package by a neighbor). The package was heavy and difficult to handle without handles or straps, too bad...
