We chose a French site because of the quality of the product and, above all, the quality of the service. Unfortunately, very poor communication, no information informing us of the delay in delivery. We were supposed to receive our order in 10 days and had to wait 1 month because after requesting information I was told that the materials were out of stock! What's more, when I logged on to the site a few days after placing my order, I found that the same item was on sale. Here again, no effort was made to understand or make any gesture... I am very disappointed. The varnished steel table legs I received were scratched and unvarnished in some places, resulting in rust marks. I was unable to reach a commercial agreement with the company, which did not recognize the manufacturing defects. I finally bought a protective treatment and I'm going to sand the legs to hide the defects. At this price and coming from a French company, it's a real shame.
