Absolutely perfect 👍 I ordered 2 table legs: the quality is excellent and the customer service perfect. I had difficulty creating my basket, Marie was very professional, responsive and charming. Delivery was quicker than expected (10 days announced, delivery less than a week later). A piece had been forgotten in the parcel, I received it 2 days later. Really, I'm delighted and I recommend this site for its quality and reliability. Bravo to the team!

I'm putting 2 stars out of 5 for the moment because I received a damaged table leg yesterday (impacts + scratches) and I'm waiting for a reply from the after-sales service following my complaint made yesterday afternoon 🙂 hoping that they'll take it into account quickly.

Ordered a made-to-measure table. Positive points: well-constructed website for quoting a made-to-measure table base, respect for dimensional specifications, good quality of parts, honest lead time between order and delivery (4 weeks), communication on the progress of the project. Areas for improvement: the quality of the packaging was clearly inadequate for delivery (a foot was scratched), and the adjustable feet ordered with the base were not received.

Choice of color not respected or photo of colors absolutely not contractual on the website, after-sales service does not really take responsibility to satisfy the customer. Damaged product on receipt after-sales service? I should have a commercial gesture of 10% I'm waiting. But in any case, the item received is not compliant.

A great discovery for this manufacturer of made-to-measure table legs. Order placed without a hitch, followed by impeccable delivery, since the product was very well protected and packaged! Delivery times are relatively long, so you need to be patient. The legs ordered seem to be of excellent quality for a very reasonable price.... All in all, a very positive first experience!
