Everything perfect with courtesy to boot
We chose a French site because of the quality of the product and, above all, the quality of the service. Unfortunately, very poor communication, no information informing us of the delay in delivery. We were supposed to receive our order in 10 days and had to wait 1 month because after requesting information I was told that the materials were out of stock! What's more, when I logged on to the site a few days after placing my order, I found that the same item was on sale. Here again, no effort was made to understand or make any gesture... GLS delivery postponed 2 times.....Unfortunately, the product is in order...

I am very disappointed. The varnished steel table legs I received were scratched and unvarnished in some places, resulting in rust marks. I was unable to reach a commercial agreement with the company, which did not recognize the manufacturing defects. I finally bought a protective treatment and I'm going to sand the legs to hide the defects. At this price and coming from a French company, it's a real shame.

Good quality, compliant product. Looks solid and well-made. On the other hand, an effort remains to be made on the over-packaging. Admittedly, my product arrived in perfect condition, but with a package twice the size of the product and a somewhat unreasonable amount of bubble wrap.

Too little explanation in the manual. The screw used to clamp the feet together is not at all suitable for tightening. The head of the screw is damaged. All the screws have to be changed. At 390€, it's abnormal to provide such mediocre quality screws.

I am very angry, it's been several times that I order and the feet arrive either not the same size or the color is not finished, I asked for a commercial gesture but nothing was done to me. If I don't get anything from you, I won't advertise, believe me.

Superb pointer foot, beautiful finish
I recently ordered some legs to make a coffee table, the order was sent very quickly, the quality was perfect, and assembly was very easy!
Very fast delivery. well packed. 3 kits ordered 1 defect on a board that is twisted. the 4 feet do not touch the ground. (wobbly)

Young, fresh and friendly company. Honest concept, same for prices. Order shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. No complaints about product quality.
Excellent
Three damaged feet, paint defect and chips in several places on the visible feet, proposal from after-sales service to supply a varnish to fill in the paint. The skates were not delivered with as indicated on the site. Open the package in front of the carrier to check or make reservations. The after-sales service was not very warm and only emphasized the quality of the company and never acknowledged that there had indeed been a problem. The feet are packed in pairs and the bubble wrap didn't cover the top of the feet, so they rubbed. The paintwork seems to be very fragile, and the hairpin-style legs have two rods that don't allow you to put a tray that's too heavy or too long, especially as they lack stability. You'll need sturdier feet for a 150cm board. Ideal for small, slender consoles only.
