I ordered two Le curieux shelves. One of the 2 arrived stuck to its packaging and the R logo is upside down.
I received the package in perfect condition! It was an economical way for me to create a new DIY console with an exclusively French product. I hadn't replied to the carrier when he asked me about the quality of the delivery, but you should tell DPD that their site is not secure https:// so I refused to go any further in the survey.

Bad experience!!! Product ordered on 02/01/2024 and still not received today, 27/01/2024. Product shown as being in stock on the website and delivered within 48 hours, but in the end there was no stock, so it had to be made in the workshop. More than 15 days of production before being passed on to a carrier who has had the parcel for 10 days. Contact with Ripaton's after-sales service was sterile, with only messages saying "sorry for the inconvenience, we hope you're satisfied all the same"! No solution offered and no compensation for the inconvenience! Definitely not to be recommended !!!!! 👎🏻

Very disappointed, I received the table legs damaged by transport..and the commercial gesture of ripaton 20€ on an order of 200€!!!! I will not recommend this site again.
I'm sorry you received a damaged base. As indicated, it should have been refused. We also offered you a return on a commercial basis, which you refused.
For your information, you didn't pay for delivery to Corsica either.
