Order placed on 20/06/2023, parcel well received, in good condition. However, there was a huge error in the packaging, but after exchanges with the after-sales service, everything was back in order at the beginning of July (which is why 3 stars and not 5). Otherwise, the product meets my expectations and is of good quality.

The item received is missing a weld. I was offered to send the stand back to the workshop (10 days). Communication with the after-sales service was long and unpleasant. I do not recommend this site.

1st purchase from ripaton. Disappointed when I received it, one leg had such visible defects that I wondered how it could have been sent as it was. But I was very pleased with the way Ripaton responded to my email. New foot sent very quickly. Sav perfect. Thanks

The final rendering is correct, but for the price I expected better quality. The M8 inserts used to fix the legs together are a bit loose, and the coat of paint is very (too) light - you can still see the weld all along the tube. And the leg is sold to accommodate a table of up to 2.30 m. Mine is 2.10 m long, and you really shouldn't lean on an angle to avoid it tipping over. This is certainly normal, given the central shape of the leg, but with 2.30 m you can't afford to make any mistakes.

Nothing to say about the quality of the feet we received. They are magnificent! However, we would have liked to have been informed of the extended delivery time due to restocking. The information was only given to us once we had e-mailed after 15 days.

The crosses are good, but the mounting plates are random.

I'm delighted. The quality is spot on. The shelves are exactly what I was looking for and the price is more than fair. Thank you very much.
