Improve navigability and content on product sheets
I placed an order on 3/10/20 on this site because the delivery was planned in 24-48h ... after several calls from me because no news from Ripaton I learned that there was a break on a screw, that I would be kept informed for the delivery date but that I would receive my order at a later date on 20/10! To my great surprise because still without any information from them I received my order on 23/10 (unfortunately far from 24-48h that had made us choose this site!)! However the feet are as we had imagined despite a disappointment when opening the package because on one of the feet it lacks the protective pads (hoping that the sending of those will be faster!)! We are therefore satisfied with the product but very disappointed with the management of our order.
Delivery time not respected 13 days instead of 48h, but products arrived well and well packaged, small remark on the screws delivered average quality, I preferred to use mine, I appreciated the small pads joint to put on the floor
The site was very clear: product in stock and shipped in 24/48h. However my order took a week. After 5 days, the site still indicated "in stock" while the chat indicated that they had a delay in production.
Hello, I was rather disappointed. Order tracking and delivery, nothing to complain about. The merchandise, on the other hand, was very disappointing: for the price, we expect almost perfection. One of the feet received seemed to have been scraped before the black paint was applied. Moreover, when fixing, the shape of the screws leaves a rather disappointing finish because they cannot be pushed in far enough so the head is very visible. Visible screws and difficult to fix. Given the long wait and that it is custom made I did not see the point of bringing up the information but in the end quite disappointed even if the final rendering when you do not look at the scratches and screws underneath, it's nice because the shape of the feet and beautiful.
I think that the packaging is a little limited, I received the pieces with some small chips of varnish. Nothing really bad but the pieces were moving around a little in the box. So packaging to improve.
Announced in stock on the product page when ordering, it was in fact not. Result 20 days of delivery time!
My package was noted expedited after fifteen days after a reminder my package was found damaged
The feet are well made, but the site indicated the feet in stock, they took more than a week to come, without warning of the delay!
Long delivery time contrary to what was announced at the time of the order.
Nothing to say about the site; choice, price, delivery time and delivery ...... on the other hand two feet on four were packed with the "varnish"not quite dry so bubble wrap stuck on so some traces! .... nothing catastrophic
Put more furniture inspirations to realize
A problem in the selection of the volume of product ordered. Indeed when I select two units to put in my cart when I am on the product sheet, it does not save the info in the cart nor does it update the amount that it represents on the product sheet. In the end, not having paid attention to this, I thought I ordered two feet for 160€ when I discovered only one in the box to my great surprise. So I would say that I was wrong because the site does not seem to be optimized enough to avoid this kind of mistake... what is the point of putting an option to select a number of units if this option is not connected to the shopping cart...
Moreover, you can check directly at the time of payment that the amount corresponds to one foot and not two. I'm sorry for the mishap and we do our best to be transparent and serious during the ordering process. I hope this does not mar your shopping experience on our site.

The item came to me incomplete (they forgot to put the adjustable glides on). I had to send the item back to them to finish the job and reship it to me. Responsive & competent customer service, but they didn't offer me a solution to repack the package for reshipment. So all in all a rather mixed experience, even though I ended up getting a complete item...

One of the feet has a defect. I sent an email to which I did not get an answer
Big problem of delivery because of the post office (1 month!) but the staff was very reactive and helpful, even on weekends.
Mixed experience. The table stand ordered is nice and looks good. However, the delivery and after-sales service were not up to par. The package was received open and damaged (the packaging is not strong enough and closed with staples that did not hold) and the screws for fixing the leg were missing. I immediately notified the after-sales service by email and then, as I did not receive a return, by phone, expressing my time constraints. It was then proposed to me a new sending by simple letter of the screws, still not received to this day and thus out of time of installation of the foot by the cook... A better reactivity on the sending of the screws as well as a commercial gesture concerning this misadventure could have been proposed to me. It's a pity.

This is my 2nd order on Ripaton. The 1st order was perfect, the 2nd order was placed during lockdown, so I will not evaluate the delay on the order which I understand - however the direct debit could have been delayed. My complaint is with the finish of the product. I ordered a custom made stand and the welds are very visible. I am disappointed with the finish of the product.
Satisfactory
Error in the sending of the order. 3 weeks of exchanges by mail to finally receive the good products. Fast answer to the questions even with commitments almost never held (sending promised the 03/05, then the 06/05, then the 09/05, parcel finally sent the 16/05).
Good quality of manufacture but after sales service is not listening to the customers.
The site itself is perfect but I had to call the customer service to know why 8 days after the validation of my order I had no news...
Delay in delivery due to the loss of feet between the manufacturing workshop and the paint shop (reason for the 3 stars) but I appreciated being kept informed of the incident so for responsiveness I would put 5 stars if we could rate this aspect.

No information during the vacations for the Christmas period while it was indicated delivery product under 48h. I had to wait 12 days to get my items.
Relatively long delays! Product with the right dimensions, finishing of the welds a little bit to be desired!

The corners of 3 by 4 feet were damaged, the package having been ripped open.

Verification before sending
The legs exude quality and are solid. That said, one of the bases is a bit bent, which prevented me from screwing one of the screws properly. Nothing serious, but at 90€ a foot, it's a bit regrettable. Some problems with the delivery (DPD).

Good site. BUT: I registered under schneider jean-marc and the package was sent under Marc jean. why?? I checked my order which is in my name and surname.
A little disappointed ... on the photos and presentation the foot seemed heavier and more solid.
