Some concerns with the delivery: delivery time longer than expected and impossibility to contact the delivery man when he announced his arrival (reception of the package by a neighbor). The package was heavy and difficult to handle without handles or straps, too bad...

A problem in the selection of the volume of product ordered. Indeed when I select two units to put in my cart when I am on the product sheet, it does not save the info in the cart nor does it update the amount that it represents on the product sheet. In the end, not having paid attention to this, I thought I ordered two feet for 160€ when I discovered only one in the box to my great surprise. So I would say that I was wrong because the site does not seem to be optimized enough to avoid this kind of mistake... what is the point of putting an option to select a number of units if this option is not connected to the shopping cart...

The item came to me incomplete (they forgot to put the adjustable glides on). I had to send the item back to them to finish the job and reship it to me. Responsive & competent customer service, but they didn't offer me a solution to repack the package for reshipment. So all in all a rather mixed experience, even though I ended up getting a complete item...
