Delivery: the invoice not having been provided for the passage to the Swiss customs we had to pay a tax and the second parcel still did not arrive. We had to send the invoice to the customs to unblock the sending of the second package. The departure of my order took two months. Even if a delay was announced at the time of the order, a production delay and a painting problem made that the product arrived only very late. The customer service is always very pleasant and responsive. Nevertheless, when I asked for the dimensions of the attached screws for the shelf, the person only gave me their length without the diameter. This second information is essential to find the right dowel when we do not have a caliper. Otherwise it would be nice to give the size of the screws on the website in the details of the shelf directly. The shelf is really beautiful, congratulations to the designer.

The delivery time is respected and fast. When I opened my package to check the items, I found that one of the legs ordered with paint chips in several places. So I asked for a claim.
