Not at all satisfied. Here is why: ordered on 21/07, sent on 31/07 in "Express" delivery, quite expensive by the way, but not received! Until then, no responsibility from Ripaton... But then it's a demonstration of incompetence: only one answer, after a reminder (!), to my complaint promising an answer within 24h. Since then, 24 hours have passed, but total silence in spite of my numerous reminders; where is the parcel? what do they intend to do? No answer. And this is probably where the problem lies: this company has no resources available to deal with the slightest transport problem or even to devote to a minimal communication with its customers in trouble. So this company should be avoided.

Clear site, the situation of the feet are useful. A small reproach for the manufacturing time indicated (8 to 10 days, to count in reality 18 days between the order and the delivery) but it is true that I ordered in July month of summer vacations.
