The delivery took much longer than expected, I had no information. I had to come back to the service to know the delays. For all this a refund of 8€ of the delivery costs, without any justification to provide to my accountant! 8€ is far below the estimated damage to the quality of my relationship with my customers. The service is bad.

Not at all satisfied. Here is why: ordered on 21/07, sent on 31/07 in "Express" delivery, quite expensive by the way, but not received! Until then, no responsibility from Ripaton... But then it's a demonstration of incompetence: only one answer, after a reminder (!), to my complaint promising an answer within 24h. Since then, 24 hours have passed, but total silence in spite of my numerous reminders; where is the parcel? what do they intend to do? No answer. And this is probably where the problem lies: this company has no resources available to deal with the slightest transport problem or even to devote to a minimal communication with its customers in trouble. So this company should be avoided.

My associate contacted the chronopost customer service following the non-delivery of your package in time, and contacted them again before we left on vacation, not having any return from them. In this vacation period unfortunately we are often faced with this kind of problem. It is indicated on our site the manufacturing time of the orders as well as the delivery time (delivery 24h-48h from the workshop). On our side, the manufacturing and shipping times are respected, and in this case, we are penalized because of the carrier. We have informed you that we are going on vacation, and that we will not be able to return your package immediately. Moreover, you also have in your possession the tracking number of your package to contact Chronopost on your side. To date, our customer service has come back to you to find a solution of refund or return of order.

I ordered white feet, I received grey feet. I ordered screws, I didn't receive any. Three weeks after I reported the problem, I was promised white feet but I still have nothing. The feet are expensive and I expected an exceptional quality of service. Very disappointed.

Your package arrived on time, 24-48h as indicated at the time of the choice of the carrier you chose. You had to take the choice: home delivery 24h to receive it in 24h. We can not refund your shipping costs as you want at any cost. The customer service was reactive, we can't do better and we are sorry for your dissatisfaction.
