I purchased a box of soap. But when opened it was empty. I'm sure an oversight but none the less, disappointing as I can't return to correct the error.

I went at the end of August to the store in Aix ... Served by a charming young girl, but little smiling and very hurried! The store is pretty, we want to smell everything and take our time to see everything, especially when we come from far away.The young person was not smiling at all.I indeed changed my mind by smelling the different perfumes.She seemed to have enough.Yet, a.pei of advice, a nice smile and we would buy everything in this beautiful place.Very disappointed by the reception.The other person, was very pleasant with his customers, giving advice and smiles .....
