Hello, I sent the perfume as a gift to my father but he never received it...
I wanted to order a perfume and add the discount code provided to reimburse me for the samples ordered but this code is disabled!
As soon as I got your message I sent you an email. Have you been able to read it? Can you tell me the code you have and I will look at where the problem comes from because satisfaction is at the heart of Rose et Marius' values.
I purchased a box of soap. But when opened it was empty. I'm sure an oversight but none the less, disappointing as I can't return to correct the error.
