I bought the glazed linen thread color chart. I was disappointed because I expected to receive real samples and not just a print. As a result, it's impossible to see the actual size and color of the threads. It's like looking at the color chart on the website, which is a shame.

3rd order 3rd problem this time boxes arrived opened dented accusation of the post office whereas no packing around in a gigantic box - price in constant increase and quality in constant decrease - real postal charges over-invoiced- previous order fabric at 25 euros mediocre quality had to be replaced previous order missing article - BEFORE it was the excellence à la francaise now honestly I do not know anything any more. I deleted my account I await something else of such high prices .dommage

Hello Madam, Your parcel had been packed correctly, as we always do. The box was not gigantic, as you claim, because we are very careful to adjust their size to the products shipped. Shipping costs are not overcharged, as you claim: we charge our customers the exact cost of shipping, without making a mark-up. And, unfortunately, we don't decide on shipping rates and energy costs. You talk about €25 fabric, but you've never ordered fabric by the meter. Our prices have risen in line with our suppliers' price increases. As you know, the price of raw materials has soared recently... What's more, most of your orders have been for items on special offer, on which you've benefited from substantial discounts. I have received my order. However, as your site presents the wire of the 100-meter N°50 spools as being the same as that of the 400-meter N°40 spools, I'm disappointed because, with a magnifying glass (and in use), they are different: the N°50 is thinner, which would be normal if you consider the numbers.

I was a little disappointed, because I had ordered 40 white glacé linen thread and instead I got polyester cordonnet thread. It's certainly a small mistake on your part, but it doesn't encourage me to order from you again.

Very disappointed by the presentation. I received a parcel in which the small cotton lace cocoons were loose, but I had ordered twelve, just the number that would fit in a small Sajou cocoon box. I can understand that the box has a price, but then maybe the option should be added: "with or without box", especially since when you buy an assortment it comes in a box. Now I have twelve little cocoons that I don't know how to store. When you see or think of Sajou, you imagine fine haberdashery, a meticulous environment. In the parcel I received gifts that I consider useless and I would have preferred to pay extra, not to have these gifts of which I will do nothing (my postcards I embroider myself as well as the letters) but to have my cocoons of threads well arranged. I'm not sure I'll be ordering again and I'm going to pass on the news to my club, where Sajou haberdashery was very popular, so that other people won't be disappointed in turn (my order included two fabric coupons and my cocoons were buried in the middle of it all). Big, big disappointment on opening the package and a bad note.

Dear Madam, Cocoons sold individually do not come in any special packaging, and fortunately for our environment!
Having said that, if you'd liked a box, it would have been extremely easy for you to let us know in the field reserved for messages about orders. But you didn't ask us. We do our utmost to satisfy our customers but, forgive us, we don't (yet) have the power of divination... Nevertheless, we're sending you a box today in an envelope. As for the little gifts we offer with orders, you have every right not to appreciate them, but you're one of the rare ones in this case. You will understand that, given the number of orders we process every day, we are obliged to have operating rules that apply to all orders, otherwise it would be unmanageable.
