As stated in the color card description: This card has been printed with great care, however there may be slight differences between the color representation and reality.
The display of colors on computers depends very much on the quality of the screen. Furthermore, despite our best efforts, it is impossible for a paper printout to accurately reflect the actual material and appearance of the threads. We used to have cards with samples of the real wires, but they became so expensive to manufacture that we had to abandon them.

As CLEARLY explained in the product description, there are no paper explanations in order to limit costs and offer attractive prices. All embroidery stitches are explained on video, and we don't see how we could put videos on paper. Hello Madam, Your parcel had been packed correctly, as we always do. The box was not gigantic, as you claim, because we are very careful to adjust their size to the products shipped. Shipping costs are not overcharged, as you claim: we charge our customers the exact cost of shipping, without making a mark-up. And, unfortunately, we don't decide on shipping rates and energy costs. You talk about €25 fabric, but you've never ordered fabric by the meter. Our prices have risen in line with our suppliers' price increases. As you know, the price of raw materials has soared recently... What's more, most of your orders have been for items on special offer, on which you've benefited from substantial discounts.
