Very good shopping experience. I am delighted. The site is well constructed, and the search is easy. A very large selection of well-described, detailed, and excellent quality items. The fast shipping and the care taken in packaging were greatly appreciated. I recommend the Sajou haberdashery.

Very interesting kit with threads I don't know but no instructions included, you have to go online, a bit tight for the price of the kit

I am extremely satisfied with the ordered products. They are beautiful and of high quality. Moreover, they are delivered well protected in a very compact packaging. A downside for the delivery: deadlines and delivery point not respected, but this is related to Colissimo and not directly to the Sajou haberdashery.

It was an overseas order and it seems that a package got lost in the mail. I noticed that i couldnt track the order and contacted them. They responded and took action. Ultimately they sent another package. So while it wasnt the smoothest experience, they did everything they could to remedy the issue for me. They were polite and it was a pleasant experience interacting with them. I would purchase from them again.
