Everything has been perfect

I am very satisfied with the goods and the order processing. There are 2 things I like less: 1. Your website responds quite slowly. Since this only happens with your site, I am sure it is not due to my internet access. I also found it confusing with my first orders that the shopping cart can only be fully viewed through one of 3(!) displays (icons). 2. It bothers me that you promise to waive shipping costs above a certain order value (for French customers). However, you could also offer a credit (even if not for the entire shipping cost) for customers from abroad. I would be happy if my suggestions had some effect.

I ordered the Advent Christmas package. The box arrived intact with the items packed neatly. The items are all sealed in thick paper bags with a themed Sajou sticker. I look forward to opening them in December.
