I am extremely satisfied with the ordered products. They are beautiful and of high quality. Moreover, they are delivered well protected in a very compact packaging. A downside for the delivery: deadlines and delivery point not respected, but this is related to Colissimo and not directly to the Sajou haberdashery.

Order arrived safely in the mailbox

It was an overseas order and it seems that a package got lost in the mail. I noticed that i couldnt track the order and contacted them. They responded and took action. Ultimately they sent another package. So while it wasnt the smoothest experience, they did everything they could to remedy the issue for me. They were polite and it was a pleasant experience interacting with them. I would purchase from them again.
