Not always easy to find products
Good overall but high shipping costs
Not easy to find what you're looking for. Image skips and you have to search again.
Hard to change my password (forgotten!). I almost gave up! On the other hand, great delivery time! neat parcel; very nice little gift!
Fast reception of the order...Threads of beautiful quality ...disappointment because the promised gift does not appear in the parcel..Products which are relatively expensive .

This site took a very long time to ship my order.
I was a little disappointed, because I had ordered 40 white glacé linen thread and instead I got polyester cordonnet thread. It's certainly a small mistake on your part, but it doesn't encourage me to order from you again. Otherwise fast delivery.
Correct Only "bemol" delivery time a little long (4 days) compared to other sites...
Fast delivery despite the festive season. Browsability to be improved: I had trouble finding one of the items I'd already seen on the site: too bad, I almost ordered elsewhere!
Outdated interface ergonomics
We were obliged to write a cheque, but payment by credit card could not be made, so delivery was delayed.
Horrendously expensive shipping !!!! I placed an order to try the canvas, but I'll really have to be a fan of this canvas to do it again.
I ordered a 35 cm fabric coupon; I received a coupon varying from 21 to 27cm!!!! it's missed for my 30 cm curtain border; received very quickly;

The site is a bit messy, and it's hard to find the items you need.
Very disappointed by the presentation. I received a parcel in which the small cotton lace cocoons were loose, but I had ordered twelve, just the number that would fit in a small Sajou cocoon box. I can understand that the box has a price, but then maybe the option should be added: "with or without box", especially since when you buy an assortment it comes in a box. Now I have twelve little cocoons that I don't know how to store. When you see or think of Sajou, you imagine fine haberdashery, a meticulous environment. In the parcel I received gifts that I consider useless and I would have preferred to pay extra, not to have these gifts of which I will do nothing (my postcards I embroider myself as well as the letters) but to have my cocoons of threads well arranged. I'm not sure I'll be ordering again and I'm going to pass on the news to my club, where Sajou haberdashery was very popular, so that other people won't be disappointed in turn (my order included two fabric coupons and my cocoons were buried in the middle of it all). Big, big disappointment on opening the package and a bad note.
Having said that, if you'd liked a box, it would have been extremely easy for you to let us know in the field reserved for messages about orders. But you didn't ask us. We do our utmost to satisfy our customers but, forgive us, we don't (yet) have the power of divination... Nevertheless, we're sending you a box today in an envelope. As for the little gifts we offer with orders, you have every right not to appreciate them, but you're one of the rare ones in this case. You will understand that, given the number of orders we process every day, we are obliged to have operating rules that apply to all orders, otherwise it would be unmanageable. Postage too high for 2 aida canvases and delivery too long and gift forgotten

I live in Switzerland and following your delivery I had to pay VAT again because you didn't deduct it. That's a shame. What's more, I phoned you and was very poorly received. I was told that your site was in the process of rectifying this...but I had to pay for it...on the other hand, the order was well placed and the postal tracking impeccable. In spite of this, I'm very reluctant to order from you again unless I get a refund of this French VAT. Incidentally, at Le Bonheur des Dames VAT is automatically waived and we are always kindly received.
Clear, pleasant and"feminine"
I'm disappointed because it took a long time to receive such a small order. The feed is absolutely fabulous, but for some reason I kept having problems with your website, maybe because I'm not in France.
